supportive staff quick response unique decoration balcony view
The front desk staff was SO nice and supportive. I got VERY quick responses about any of my requests. The main salon had SUCH unique decoration, it was like a cozy getaway. The view FROM my balcony made my heart sing.
The walls seem paper thin. I heard every single sound from the hallway.

Breakfast presented a large variety, catering to all requirements. Many things were fresh and sourced locally. The breakfast service included multiple options and tasted very very flavorful. Breakfast time felt always cozy.

The beautiful room had comfy beds, and it also gave me so much joy. The room was so spacious and it had a balcony with lovely views of the surrounding peaks. Rustic charm filled every corner.

cappuccino machine breakfast spread
the breakfast spread was amazing!!! they had a cappuccino machine so i could make myself any kind of coffee. i made a couple of coffees to take in my flask as i went for a hike that day.

Wonderful Stay With Mountain Views!

The breakfast had several options, which I found very pleasing. The staff was friendly and helpful. I could easily walk to the city center. I appreciated the option to leave my car for a few hours after checkout. I had a morning tour that day. The view from my room was fine.
I found the lack of an elevator inconvenient. My room was on the third floor, and nobody helped with my bags. This made the arrival a little difficult.

The hotel offers safe parking. I appreciated the option of a locked garage. The garage was large enough for a large SUV. The option of parking.

basic breakfast broken light
the breakfast wasn't great , it was quite basic. the juice machine was often empty , and there weren't many hot options. i also noticed some maintenance issues in my room. a light was broken and never fixed , and the toilet needed a screwdriver to flush properly.

the staff were very friendly. their attitude. the shower was excellent it was very strong and warm. the place was centrally located.
the room lacked basic amenities. there was not even a small refrigerator. there was no wine bottle opener. there also wasn't a coffee maker.

breakfast variety cappuccino machine
the breakfast had eggs, pancakes, french toast, and deli sliced meat, a great variety. i used the cappuccino machine to make coffee for a hike, it was really convenient!
the door lock system felt a little too cool, though i felt safe.
